I'm many things. Currently, I am a women's coach and mentor. I support women in their healing and empower them to rise into their natural leadership, gifts, and service to the world. And this too shall pass.

I have been coaching men and women for 8 years using various tools and methods. My specialty is helping people deepen into their spirituality, emotionally heal, and discover their authentic self. I've worked with individuals from the lush jungles of Colombia to Corporate America. For the last 4 years, I have been traveling the world studying with monks, indigenous elders, and alternative healers. Now, I'm "here."
